Choose when we send your Gift

At Walter and May we are all about thoughtful gifting. We know that part of the joy of the perfect gift is it arriving at the perfect time. So, at checkout you can choose one of the following options to make gifting even easier;

• Dispatch now - (perfect for upcoming events and last minute gifting)

• Dispatch for a specific date - (perfect if you are planning ahead or need something for a particular date)

• Dispatch for Christmas (we will send out in the week before Christmas to be there for the big day)

Dispatch times

We’re lucky enough at Walter and May to live next door to a post office, so we send out parcels six days a week ( Mon-Sat). Parcels are usually dispatched within 24 hours of ordering. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the Parcel has left our workshop.

UK Shipping

We send out our parcels via Royal Mail Second Class. If you need it there sooner, let us know in the notes section and we will send it out via First class for you. Upcoming Royal Mail strikes may cause delays to deliver and so please consider this when ordering.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct. If you have given us an incomplete address, the wrong address, or if you are not in when delivered, your order is unlikely to arrive on time or at all.

We can ship Internationally on request - please send us a message and we can provide you with a quote. Please note: Those in Europe may now pay additional local charges to receive goods following the UK’s exit from the European Union on 1st January 2021. Payment of any fees would need to be paid by the recipient to receive their goods and we cannot be held responsible.
