Who will ship my order?

Your order will be shipped out from our workshop in Bedford.

How long will my order take?

We aim to ship out all order in 24 hours.

If you require your items for a particular date, you can select that date at checkout. If you have any queries, please do get in touch via email lizorganiser@gmail.com stating your order number and we will do out utmost to ensure it gets to you on time.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay via our secure checkout and use either Paypal or a debit or credit card.

How can I change my order details?

If you have made a mistake with your order or need to speak to us, please send an email to lizorganiser@gmail.com stating your order number as soon as possible after placing your order.

Curate your own Boxes

Become the curator and create a unique and bespoke gift with our build your own options. Simply select the gift box size (letterbox or large) and design, add your personalised gift message and add them to cart. Then select the products you would like to send (we recommend between 5-7 items) We’ll put your box together, handwrite your message and send it straight to your favourite humans or to you if you are treating yourself!

How can I get the welcome 10% discount code?

First you must signed up to the mailing list via the pop up section on our website, once you have done this you will receive an email, which will prompt you to confirm you wish to subscribe. Hit subscribe!

Once this has been confirmed you will receive a Welcome email with your 10% discount code to use on your first order. Give it a few moments, and check spam folder.

Please note: This discount code cannot be added retrospectively to an order and can only be used on your first order.

Can I get a refund?

Of course! If you have changed your mind we are happy to refund your order, providing: Our refund policy is 28 days, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return your order to us within 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

If it is within the 28 day limit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

To complete your return, we require an order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Do you really handwrite every message?

Yes we do - and it’s one of our favourite bits of Walter and May! We love seeing the thougtfulness and care behind every gift.
