Lucy Monkman works as an illustrator based in the North of England. Lucy began her career with fashion illustration and gradually broadened the range of her work. She has since worked in design, in editorial and in publishing working with a wide range of clients including Harpers & Queen, Junior, Paper House and Penguin Books. Lucy?s illustrations and designs have also been licensed for greeting cards, for social stationery, for textiles and for children?s art. In 2010 Lucy launched her own publishing company. The original collection of colourful greeting cards and social stationery has continued to grow and Lucy Monkman products are now stocked in wonderful shops throughout the UK and worldwide. The greeting cards and the social stationery are all printed locally in the UK and they are all printed on FSC approved board.
